Dr. Kirsten Dummer recently joined the seven cardiologists and two surgeons of the Children's Heart Clinic after completing her pediatric cardiology fellowship at Children's Hospital, Boston. In addition to training in pediatric cardiology, Dr. Dummer is one of the few cardiologists also trained in the care of adults with congenital heart disease. She will begin directing the Midwest Adult Congenital Cardiac (MACC) Center, and continue to see pediatric patients as well. Dr. Dummer received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, and then completed a pediatric residency at Denver Children's Hospital. Dr. Dummer now makes her home in Minneapolis with her husband, Greg, and their daughter, Olivia.
