Dr. Singh graduated from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India.  He completed his residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at New York University-Bellevue Medical Cente. Dr. Singh joined the Children's Heart Clinic in 1975.

Dr. Singh is board certified and re-certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics, and a member of the Midwest Pediatric Cardiology Society. Dr. Singh is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota and has held numerous positions and served on many committees at Children's Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Singh's special clinical interests include echocardiography, fetal echocardiography and cardiac intensive care as well as all aspects of general pediatric cardiology.
